Hey there, I wanted you to know that I read about your adoption, and can so intimately relate, obviously, to your pain with relinquishing your rights. Gabbi's birth mom does that tomorrow. She and I have been in contact via text all day today. We have a good relationship, and it was truly overwhelming when I stopped by her room as we were discharged from our hospital room with baby in tow. I mean, HOW do you thank someone for the gift of a child?! I was crying and just couldn't find the words!
I have given her my blog address, and hope I don't regret that! I also hope that YOU find some peace with your decision getting to follow our crazy, but very loving, famly's journey. Adoption is the sweetest gift! Melanie, aka MO
Well, I can't say I'm new to the blogging world anymore...so let me update my profile. I'm still a mother of two (thankfully & joyfully) and a birth mom to Rebecca. My children are the light in my life. I ask God everyday to help with the precious gifts' that He has given to me..to us. I'm learning every.single.day how to lean on my Lord and how to trust Him. He is showing me...every.single.day! I'm glad you've stopped by. I'm soo blessed at all what God puts in front of me, including your blog. Thank you for all of the encouraging words.
