**update** The dog we found...well....we found the owner, who just rescued a chocolate lab and who was unable to take "Cody" back. The owner cried & cried, just knowing something bad had happen to her dog she had for 2 years. She is unable to take the dog back as "Cody" appeared very vicious to her new dog. So, we agreed to take him in....just happy that we know where he came from and that he has a name.

Isn't God good. I can't imagine how hard it would be to lose a dog and wonder what might have happened. Happy endings are nice.
