Abortion supporters have been trying to pass FOCA since 1989--and now we have a Congress more disposed than any in recent years to pass this bill, and a new President who has said he will sign this measure into law.

Eliminate regulations that protect women from unsafe clinics and unscrupulous abortionists.
Force American taxpayers to fund abortions---WHAT!?!? Are you kidding me?!?!?
Force every state to allow partial -birth abortions--it's sponsors have said a primary purpose of the bill is to ensure that killing partially born children will again be permitted nationwide.
Run roughshod over the consience rights of physicians, nurses & hopsitals that oppose abortion on religious, moral or ethical grounds.
Strip parents of their right and responsibility to be involved in their minor daughter's abortion decision.
FOCA is without a doubt the most radical abortion legislation ever considered in the United States

When I worked at United Healthcare many years ago, it was there when I learned that if you had insurance...all it cost for an abortion was a $10.00 copay.
When I found myself pregnant because of a choice I made, I knew that I had a BIG responsiblity to take care of and it wasn't to dispose of my daughter. It was to give her two parents that would bring JOY & HAPPINESS to not only their life BUT to her life. Isn't that what she deserved? Praising HIM that he allowed ME to give someone a child.

You know what gets me most, besides the tragedy of multiples lives destroyed...the whole area of allowing a child to have an abortion without parental consent. They can't have other medical procedures without parental consent...but an abortion...go right ahead. THAT ISN'T EVEN LOGICAL!
