- Well, I can't say I'm new to the blogging world anymore...so let me update my profile. I'm still a mother of two (thankfully & joyfully) and a birth mom to Rebecca. My children are the light in my life. I ask God everyday to help with the precious gifts' that He has given to me..to us. I'm learning every.single.day how to lean on my Lord and how to trust Him. For some reason he is one author I keep forgetting about. I have never read any of his books yet I see quotes and am instantly drawn to him. I really must make a BIG note to order some from the library after Christmas and spend some time with him.
That book sounds great ... I just gave away a book called "Dinner With a Perfect Stranger" and I think it is a wonderful introduction for people to Jesus. It is an interesting concept of what it would be like to have dinner with Jesus, and listen to him and ask questions! Thanks for stopping by my blog!
Saw that book in a bookstore the other day, and almost bought it...now I'm wishing I did! Grab a blanket, some hot chocolate (with LOTS of marshmallows), and enjoy your book. :o)
I haven't heard of this book, but I love Max Lucado's books so I am sure this one is a gift!
I love Max Lucado...might have to get that one...I will try to remember it for next Christmas!
